My paws guide me through the woods lazily. Kind of tired. Staring at trees is a tiresome task, but it was worth the try. I’m not amused. Especially now that it is a long walk back. At least my wolf is back in Diveen so I don’t really need to worry about checking on it so often.

It is about one minute of walk that my eyes meet a black figure standing in the middle of a clearing and staring at his own paws. I can’t help but think he is trying to ignite them so he could fly. My mind is flooded with thought of why I have never thought about that myself. Such creativity, such originality. But of course I know he might not be so brilliant. Nobody is. It seems nobody is as great as I am. Ivory frame approaching him even more and finally coming to a stop several feet from him. If my popularity is increasing as I really wish it to be, fans might literally jump on me, so I should avoid that. Eyes scanning his frame to try and discover what he was doing. But… Something calls my attention really quickly. His scent. His smells reminds me, the queen? With a touch of wetness.

I was quite direct, yes. But I really need to know his name. Face turning more serious now. If this is really a family member of the queen, or even a friend? This could be very interesting. But why would he smell of another pack? Perhaps he was a friend. If that was the case, it could be nice to give him a bite. Got to promote myself around. Aah. Guess I’ll leave that for another day.
