Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

holding on to what we used to be

Dream Weaver couldn't help snicker to herself at the thought of this copper coated girl being her sister, if for no other reason than the trouble she could cause for her own brother; she cannot help herself but grin uncontrollably along with the stranger. I don't- No, he doesn't. A thought crosses her mind, hazy from perhaps a little too much fun. I wouldn't mind some company while I look for him! She quickly adopted a serious demeanor before continuing with a But- if you're going to help me find my brother, I should ask you something very important… Would you like to be my honorary sister?! She perks up at the end, resuming her playful expression from earlier without missing a beat. Oh, but if you're going to be my sister you should know my name, right? I'm called Dream Weaver, but when it's just us like this you can call me Coquette, ok? Momentarily, her expression became contemplative as she thought of her brother and how he had been since the fire. If they were going to gain a sibling she should know a little about them. My brother, we can share if you like, he's Dream Chaser, but I know he'd really like it if you called him Quixote when we find him. What about you, what's your name?

Pleasant introductions had, Dream Weaver slowly starts in the direction she had felt the pull of her brother before. The words spoken by Taika gnaw at the back of her mind, she knew of at least one pack in Moladion but was unfamiliar with others, let alone the idea of gypsies. Taika? She began timidly, not used to not knowing. What can you tell me about the other packs? Or the gypsies you mentioned? Everything here is so different from home and sometimes I just feel lost… Dream Weaver looked away, embarrassed and confused and sad, not at all how she wanted this excursion to feel. She tried to shake herself out of it so she could listen and learn from Taika with peace of mind.
