Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

The Lady started to laugh but stopped abruptly making the blood bathe kalak cock his head to the side. His brow raised again in question. There is nothing to forgive, Horizon, for it is relieving to not have to put on aires around another. But I must confess, I find your mannerisms and this land itself odd. I find myself ignorant, it would seem, to the ways of the world or at least to the ways of this land and fear that this may be to my detriment should I choose to stay within these lands. If you know more than I of the ways of this place, please share them with me. Always I thought that there was one way to life… This made Horizon begin to laugh again, so funny that anyone could think he knew anything. That was a foreign thought, but ironically the pauper bastard was well versed. He had spent most of his younger years under his mother who was close to the royal family. She directly served to the Ladies of the Court. He went to many of the Royal Family gatherings and had even begun to serve the kalaks he had once swum in the watering hole with.

At that point in time, in his miniscule life, Horizon hadn’t known anything about his heritage or who sired him. He would have never thought in a million years that his half-brothers were heirs to the Throne! Or the fact the his father, the brute his mother despised, was the Alpha. Farant… he was cruelest beast that ever lived to wander the plains. He ruled with fear and control. His three children, who’s names escaped Horizon now, were terrified little pups, except maybe the girl. She was different. She was brave. Horizon smiled at the thought of his adventures with the royal children and how different it might have been had he known his sire from a much earlier age. But he wouldn’t have wanted to change anything, his life had been blissful before his discovery and castaway…

Horizon blinked, suddenly self-conscious of the fact that he had been sitting in his own thoughts. Sorry Princess. Couldn’t help but reminisce about my puphood. He smiled gently, his mismatched pools looking back up at the Lady Ameira. I wouldn’t claim to know much of this world, but from my wandering I’ve discovered a multitude of packs ruling over very different lands and each individual to its leader. The one I have put most of my sights on is Cold Summers. A pack almost solely inhabited by other kalaks and ruled by them as well. And it’s an old bloodline no less. He smiled more for himself that time, but still maintained eye contact with the Princess. He paused to see if she had any questions before continuing. Otherwise, you have Spring Grounds, Aurora Borealis, and Abendrot and Andere Seite as the most filled pack lands. Otherwise you might find yourself in very silent territories. Ones I haven’t bothered to explore in more depth. Have you put any thought into joining a pack Lady Ameira?

Horizon tilted his head slightly to emphasize the question. He himself had looked into joining Cold Summers more for the welcoming mentality the pack had for Kalaks. Because even with the rotten amount of experience he had had, Horizon still wanted to remain within the grasp of his breed. Whether he would find a mate was a question not on his radar yet though. He had yet to meet a girl who seemed like the long term mate he was looking for. For now he remained solely loyal to himself and his protection.
