News - 6/19/21
Summer is here and Fall is short around the corner. There is unrest as it stands but, perhaps it is to our advantage. Let no one question our strength. Those who wish to speak on rank, seek me out. If anyone wishes to put a hunt together inform me. Adults or others who wish to rise in rank may seek me out.

We laughed at fate and mourned her;

Life is not fair. This is something Tick Tock had learned so long ago during those tender first months of life. A creature given new life was meant to be taken care of by the ones that created it. Tick Tock did not understand at that time why she was barely given the chance to suck on the teat of the ebony she-wolf with deep violet eyes. Her agonizing cries to her Mother did not yearn the Mother to care for the child that so desperately wanted care, love...and food. No, the only reason why Tick Tock was able to get her food was by the unknown fear she displayed to her Mother, the older wolf providing the pup the nourishment it needed until it could function without milk. As she grew older she noticed how other members within the pack kept a far distance from her when she came out of her den, no longer allowed to stay with her parents, once she was weaned. She was confused why the pups similar to her age would grow quiet and stop playing, turning to watch her with dread in their young innocent eyes. Her Mother would always lower her head in shame when she drew near, Tick Tock yearned to see her Mother’s beautiful deep violet eyes meet with her own. She hated seeing her Father’s eyes, those blazing bright sapphire eyes, holding such cruel hatred that Tick Tock could feel burn right through her soul. Born with a cursed mark that her pack believed to show she would be a Monster, Tick Tock had learned that not every wolf was intelligent, not every wolf was capable of being accepting – even her own parents.

Feeling restless from suffering cabin fever, the Monster within the fields was spending time with her pups, lying down upon a warm sunny flat rock with Gunsynd at her side, and Nevermore on the other chewing on a bone. They were getting bigger, stronger, and soon they would have to be removed from the den. Before Jaidah had come once more to take away the pack and land she did not deserve, Tick Tock had been working on creating a new den for her pups that was far, but close to the den she shared with Tobias and Flare. She wanted to keep them close by, concerned that Jaidah or some other wolf that despised Tobias would come and take away her children – just as he had done to the other wolves within Moladion. She knew they were prime targets for anyone that wanted to seek out revenge on her imprint and she would not allow her children to in such a state. The parting gift for her children remained unfinished, but once she was feeling better off she would continue. For now though she was content to rest next to her children and soak up the warmth from the sun. Her peaceful slumber near her children was interrupted by the gravel tones from her imprint. Puzzled as to why she was called she titled her ebony crown back releasing her own deep haunting call that confirmed she would come. Tenderly she brushed her muzzle along Nevermore’s cheek and strokes her muzzle down Gunsynd’s back and then got up slowly and leapt off the walk, keeping her back right paw from reaching the ground. That particular leg still sore from Jaidah’s attack, but it was healing quite nicely. Come Spring she would be back to normal should Jaidah come back for another defeat or another wolf dared to take away the family she had built with her Demon.

Her strides were much longer than before, with her right back leg moving at a functional rate, but her pace remained slow and easy. Though she did not appear weak with her movements. As she got closer towards the trio the old physical scars she received through life were quite apparent against the backdrop of her obsidian fur. She had never been a wolf that had perfect or angelic appearance. Any chances of that was destroyed the moment she was chased from her pack, as a young pup, and her Father had purposely pounced on top of her, and raked over the left side of her face again and again – slowly – destroying her once handsome and beautiful face. Life had not been easy for the former loner, but she had endured. She did not experience what it was like to have a best friend or a lover at such a young age, no, she grew only colder and bitter – secretly longing to have a companion. Fate deemed that her soul and Tobias matched perfectly and the once apathetic she-wolf had grown quite fond and affectionate to the True Demon of Moladion. She had helped him understand, spoke to him slowly, being what he needed her to be. She never submitted to him though, she was far too dominate to allow him that pleasure, but she would give him the confirmed title of Alpha as herself. They ruled Asteraia, equally, though her scent remained the strongest along the border of the territory – making it clear that she was the top Alpha around here. Dark ears flicked forward as dark sapphire eyes narrowed on the unfamiliar masked figure that stood beside Tobias. Naturally her dark fur would stand on end as her dial lifted a bit higher than before, breathing in this unknown she-wolf’s scent and finding it mixed with Tobias. So, he had brought another to their fold. It was a good thing that their children would be moving out soon, then they could make room for one more and be together comfortably. Tick Tock was not aware that this masked wolf was Tobias first mate, and it hardly mattered if she knew now or later, because she was the keeper of his soul. Whatever made him happy she did not mind. She did not know why Tobias brought her and she did not care, she was here now, and Tobias would have what he wanted. He was her heart and soul, and though she would never receive his heart believing that the love she had for him could never be reciprocated, she could at least hold onto his soul and comfort it in any way she could.

Her soul hummed with pleasure as she finally stopped and stood before the trio. Always she felt happier, stronger, better when he was within her presence. The bond between them kept both their fangs from tearing the other a part, both coming up with their own way of accepting that they would be bound to one another, forever. Extending her neck, she allowed her muzzle to slide down his own, in an affectionate manner, feeling the spark of touching him form a blaze within her soul, breathing in his scent, quite content. Turning dial slightly to see Flare her black banner swayed slowly, a recognition of their comradery. However, her dial would turn back to the masked wolf, sapphire-hued eyes, speckled with violet, and looked upon her intently. Without any sign of warning the Monster moved herself right between Tobias and Aaliyah, purposely separating the two and allowing one side of her to slide against Tobias’ frame and allowing the other side of her to slide against the white frame of Aaliyah, purposely mixing both their scents on her, and rubbing her own scent on both of them. A soft growl was given, in warning mostly to Aaliayah to not attack her, and once she was finished she would circle around and would do the same thing to Flare – sliding her form against the other side of Tobias’ body and Flare’s body. Intentionally rubbing the side of her body that had touched Aaliayah, to mix her scent into Flare’s. When she was finished she would return to standing in front of them all once more – all of their scents mixed together, creating a stable ground for this new...relationship status between them. They were all a female of Tobias, and because of that, they would all be together – whether they liked it or not. With a silent stance she turned her dial towards Aaliayah, her cold tone slipping out her greeting.

“Welcome to Asteraia, I am Alpha here, and now that you carry our scent – you belong here, with us.”
