Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Liah✿

I want to learn to love in kind

Liah too was pleased to see the shared opinions of the black and cream pearls they had chosen. Maybe it was just pure luck of the draw, but she held her optimism strong on Herschel. She wanted to get to know him one on one, as it was too good to be true for her. She wanted to know if there was more they could enjoy together. Maybe there was something more between Herschel and her. She wasn't so sure yet, but this very moment gave her hope that there was someone out there for her. It was clear that she felt flattered by him and was by no means uninterested in his pursuit for her attention. He had earned it, and he did well. The shy wolf gleamed suddenly with joy when she would hear that he was glad he chose that one pearl as her favorite. Ears felt hot as she knew this wolf was to be cherished and unforgotten. She must make sure of that.

The youngest of the bunch paid much attention to the reactions of her speeches, loving the points they all would make. Especially Vladimir's, as Daenerys was a force to be reckoned with for sure. To be honest, Liah worried for those that would try to overthrow her, and now that it is done, she is more than just fearful for Roman, but for her pack in general. Not only was there a great loss in numbers, there would be much tension and insecurity too. No one knows when they should settle down, as drama could peel out from anywhere. They were in a very sensitive spot right now. She was glad to see Roman handling it as well as he could. It was no easy task, not one that she would wish to fix upon herself.

Constantine's agreement to Roman's decision had the she-wolf nodding as well. It was indeed admirable, something that not many would likely do. That is simply another hard decision that Liah simply could not make. The amount of trust and questionable loyalty would overwhelm her most likely, and then again she was too young to really decide what her older, more experienced self would do if she were a new alpha of a pack. That seemed beyond her imagination, like a dream that just would never be. After her speech about having a better chance at a higher rank, the young lady would see something she had never witnessed beyond her family. The amount of support and belief in her practically blew her away mentally. It was certainly immense, the feeling, leaving her breathless in reaction and holding back a whine not of grief but of absolute delight. Her body shivered, a feeling much like cleansing washing away at her doubts and inner insecurities. Those words were so simple to say, and yet gave such a huge impact on her. Beaming wonderfully from the support, she bowed her head gratefully before all of them. "Thank you all. I will not disappoint." When she looked up again, her head was held high with eyes that of determination. Face would turn to Herschel head on, a playful dance in her expression. "And you better not forget it!"

Something she had been trying to encourage herself in her head was finally eating at her enough that she still gazed after the off-white wolf for his attention. "Chel," she began a little more shy than she would have liked, "It's been a pleasure to meet you. I know that we don't have forever on this island but I want you to know, before I forget, that I'd like to get to know you a little more." As long as mom doesn't kill him before we meet again. She would add into that sentence in her head. Her sister was already imprinted, she would probably go nuts to know that Liah had a crush. At most a love interest. A crush? Whatever. She liked Herschel out of the bunch, not that she disliked the rest, rather that he was the only one that seemed to really get her thus far. She needed close friends like that. Maybe Herschel needed that too.
