During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

I Wish You Could Save Me
There's Something Lost Inside

She herself had done damage to a fellow of her species - Better yet one who seemed to look exactly like her in all regards apart from the optics. While crimson dripped from her mouth with the sky's liquid mixture, Artemis took a moment to look over what she had done and what was done onto her. Her scruff began to burn from the punctures, crimson liquid of the Goddess lightly trickled down from each hole, her leg scraped and damaged. A sprain maybe, but it was obviously bruising quickly. Her orbs flicked to the oposing Goddess. Her ear had bled, along with the wound to her shoulder, both splattered in their own and each others blood. Was this what she really wanted? Brutal fighting until one was decided victor and the other the loser? No, they both were Goddesses.

Instead of attacking again, the mirror copy of Artemis stood, before her and began to speak. ad given her such fears, such desires. “I will not fight you, any more, Artemis. When I… Who I… Where I am from, things are very different. My story is long, too long for one day, too long for today, but for most of my life I was seen as a gift from the gods, but not for my mind or my skills. No, instead it was my pelt and my eye coloring that marked me as such, and I was essentially sold off to the highest bidder. Whichever male would fight the hardest and offer up the biggest dowry. I was an item. Lassies were mean to be seen and not heard, we were not meant to have opinions, especially not publicly. And from the time that I was born, I was kept separate from all of my siblings… growing up was lonely from me. In public we were meant to be fragile, delicate things. And… then there was the laird I was sent to to be mated to. Hercules. I thought he was different, but then he started to beat me.”

Artemis' beautiful stained glass orbs widened, her maw opening slightly in awe. “I understand what you want, but you do not need to rule in order to gain everything you seek.” Spine like hackles that had been raised dropped quickly as Artemis' expression began to show questioning. Was she really asking . . . ? “Join me, join my pack. I think it is exactly what you are looking for. You would do well there. We are small, still, but that would give you space to grow. You could have as much or as little responsibility as you would want. If you are interested, all you need to do is follow me. If you need to think about it… you know where to find me.”

"Wait!" The Moon Goddess called out, running in the direction of Ameira. Her paws sloshed in mud between her tallons as she tried to keep grip. She managed quite well actually, stopping next to the Goddess. "You . . . You know what it's like . . ." She spoke softly, her orbs looking into the face of the girl beside her. "Please help me. I can't get him out of my head, I just want to show I don't need him though . . . It was so easy for Justice to just come and go in and out of my life so many times . . . He helped me in my times of need like no other would . . . He understood me like no other could . . . I just can't get over him. He was the one who helped me end my relations with my abusive mate, Christian . . . I'm nothing without him, no one's ever made me feel so complete than him . . .But he just up and left, time and time again . . . Without even so much as a reason or even a goodbye . . ." Her voice got choked up as she ended her last spoken sentence. Her mouth uttered silence but mouthed "Please help." Tears glazed over her pools as she tried to fight them back. "I will go with you. Just please . . ." She began to weep silently besides the catching of her breath through her maw.
