Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Nimueh found herself amused and rewarded when she rubbed against him, their hairs intermingling even as his piloerected. He was on edge, hackles risen and tension high before he realized it was her, but she did not flinch back or hesitate. Instead, she let her motions run their course as she curled underneath his chin and wrapped her tail around him. Once she was free of him, facing him, she saw that he had relaxed and was smiling even. She smirked at him - he had failed to lean against her which would have been the normal reaction for most wolves. They were social creatures and responded to touch either warmly - leaning into it - or aggressively if it was from stranger or foe. But he had done neither... Which could only mean that he was aware of her injuries. Glancing to her shoulder, she chuckled softly - it was not particularly hard to notice. What with her shoulder gaping wide open, the motion of muscle and tendon visible. At least some granulation tissue had started to form... It was a start, at least - a few more months and her pelt would be replaced perhaps.

'Oh, but whatever else could be?' The brute gently rubbed against her - finally - but only their hairs touched. There was no skin contact or pressure in the gesture, and Nimueh pouted at him, puckering her lips slightly and clucked her tongue. She hated anytime she was injured, because she was treated as different... But she would be lying if she said that she did not like the additional attention. "Oh I hope nothing else. I'm a jealous creature and I would hate to share any space in your mind with anything else." She flitted her lashes and smiled daintily, before letting loose a soft chuckle and relaxing, lowering her haunches to the earth. Her plum swept the earth and curled around her toes, but it continued to move, the tip gently moving up and down off of the ground in a steady continuous rhythm.

'And what’s a girl like you doing out so late in a place like this?' Nimueh smiled at him and shrugged with her good shoulder, before widening her grin and winking. It would do no good to tell the whole truth of her actions the past couple of hours. She was not one for drama - at least not if it involved her. Nimueh enjoyed listening to gossip for it was often diverting, but she found that if she was in the whole mix it complicated matters. It took away her own fun, and led to headaches - nothing that Nimueh was particularly keen on. "I've been too..." She let loose a purr before continuing. "...excited to sleep." Ah - the amusement of play-on-words. Let him make of that what he will.f

His immediate response was to circle her, and her colorless eyes watched him, catching his nares flaring as he inspected her wounds. And then, additionally, him move away from her even as he spoke. 'And how is our fearless leader? Healing faster than you, I hope.' Nimueh rolled her eyes and ignored his withdraw, her paws dancing closer to him again and closing the distance once again, her shoulder upon his chest. "Wouldn't you like to know?" She tipped her head up slightly, enough so that the top of her snout grazed the corner of his jawline. Nimueh purred briefly before pulling away and facing him again. "You needn't worry about me, darling, I will eventually heal. The price I pay for being smart and beautiful is this single flaw. A large flaw, I admit, and rather inconvenient, but one I've come to accept and deal with." She turned so that her exposed muscles faced him, and wondered if he would look away. It was one thing to see the insides of prey, quite another to see the insides of another Putnar. "It is painful, yes, but I think too there is a certain beauty to be found in the defect. How rare is it that you can see the internal workings of another without them bleeding out before you?" To detail her meaning, Nimueh shifted her weight and lifted her left forelimb, showcasing how her muscles stretched and contracted with each motion. "Does it bother you, to see it?"

Nimueh waited until he answered her question before rising to feet and started to walk away. A few strides away, she turned and looked behind her, winking at him. "You were set on patrolling, were you not? Care if I join you for a turn around the terra? It will provide plenty of time in which you can tell me all about your wants and desires for the future." She purred, each word rolling sweetly off of her tongue. The ess could not help it - she was a natural flirt.
