Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Kattari

No Pack - No Mate - No Soul - Eric x Seline

This place felt like the only escape from the never ending frustration that was the open lands. Ice everywhere. She was not exactly the bulkiest creature ever but apparently she was large enough to slowly sneak and break into the snow in irregular intervals. She grumbled as she finally got under the cover of the trees, icy eyes looking up as her paw one last time cracked through the snow and sinking in causing her to lose herself then her back legs sinking in right after. Curse this winter with every fiber of her being. Trees were thankfully covering the ground here, causing her to finally, blessedly even, have an easier time walking. Hunting, or fighting, of any kind would be greatly frustrating, that much was obvious now. She grumbled, thinking it might be time for her to find 'refuge' in a pack even if it was just a season. One more week, she thought, that would give this weather time to clear and maybe, just maybe she wouldn't have to sink herself below anyone, temporary or not. Mother nature, the strongest of all creatures, too bad it didn't directly have a heart she could rip from it. She would litterally be a goddess with that kind of power behind her.

However, instead she was at that bitch's whim, her fur was frozen along her back, her feet kept sinking into this snow it was just not entertaining in the slightest. Where to go though if this lasted? Well she could go to Iromar? That male... she couldn't remember his name but she was certain he might like some more company, then there was always her old home of Asteraia. That sounded a bit more promising. No strings attached maybe? She wondered how those two old wolves were doing. They basically raised her, well, Tobias helped she guessed, but it wasn't for two long that she and her twin imposed themselves in their weak states to the alpha pair. Well it wouldn't hurt to maybe visit. It was wide open though, probably the most annoying place of all to walk yet she wouldn't have to worry as much over at least feeding herself. The good with the bad she supposed.

Her mind quieted though and so did the annoyed grunts and moving. Someone was here. Walking, moving, skulking about. Under the cover of the woodland Kattari could move more effectively. Her white and strawberry body tensed up turning her head so that her good eye could more affectively look around and make sure she was in the clear. Her ears twitched and a wry smile crossed her maw. Perhaps this wasn't idea for any sort of battle but who was she to say no to some blood splattered snow? "I know you are there. So just show yourself and be happy I am not in the mood for hunting." She didn't immediately recognize the scent of the child, or Asteraia. It had been some time since she had seen the girl and much longer since she had been home. Both scents were faint in her memory but they would all come flooding back soon enough.
