Rule book

The last rule book I believe was 3-1-2013, some of the changes I see are, in 2013 general rule #3 optional was removed in semi class, 4x4 removed seat and steering wheel #1 rule, SP monies went to $800 from $600, 2014 general rule #6 went to 6ft attempt all tracks, open class went to unlimited class, reminder to read General rule 43-44.
