Inara’s ears flicked back and forward once more offering a small wag of her own tail. She hadn’t expected to meet friendly company at this hour, most wolves she met were rather distant and not very kind yet it was a comforting sensation. The boy smelt much like the forest perhaps he lived here although she knew of a forest pack but had never been herself. She shifted slightly on black tipped paws looking at him before he spoke once more.
She moved to step towards him hearing a thud almost akin to that of a hoof stamping into the earth. She flinched as the golden mass broke through the trees, it had missed the male as it seems and her eyes widened as it seemed to focus on her. A soft wine escaped her muzzle at the display she needed to help him. Her whine turned into a snarl snapping out harshly at its front paw cautious of being too close to the massive claws. It was such an unfortunate night for things. She snapped once more towards the creature trying to bid the boy enough time to free himself from his situation.
She moved further the sinking feeling growing in the pit of her stomach.
