Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

strange things have happened here,
no stranger would it be

Yeah, I'm still pissed that I didn't get to kill her. My jaws desire blood, damn it, but I have learned that shit rarely goes my way. You just learn to deal with it. Magnus knows how that is. It sucks, but at least I got to see her dead body. Now I can have some sort of peace in that regard. I guess time would get the monster at some point if I didn't. I guess that is something I have to look forward to. Time makes fools of us all.

Magnus voices his displease, but I already knew it. I simply huff. He seems a bit...odd though. I cannot seem to put my paw on it. Almost like he has something to say. I side eyes him with my blue eyes. I don't know what it is, maybe something in his eyes that gives it away. I push it off for now though. I had to explain some things first, as I am never really done. I think I would go crazy with nothing to do. I don't know how some wolves lay around all day doing nothing. Shame on them, really, for their slothfulness.

I had brought up the killing and the new mission. I had to find out more about this odd killing. It seemed...barbaric really from what I was told. He asks me where the body was found. I know it was in the woods somewhere. I am sure we can still find evidence of some sort lying around once we find the bones.

"In these woods. Come on, let's walk around," I say as I brush against him. He had been with me a long while. We have gone through a lot and the damn scars on my face show it. I think I have a general idea of where the body may be based on what I was told. The perfect place to kill someone would be the woods though. It can get pretty dense, but at the same time...easy to leave some evidence and it get lost in the fray.

As I head over towards where I thought it may be, I keep an even pace. I flick my eyes over to Magnus, narrowing them slightly. "Something on your mind, Magnus?" I say bluntly, jumping over a fallen log onto the forest floor. I landed easily with a light thud on my feet. I turn my brindled head around to look at him and ensure that he was keeping up.

to meet at midnight in the hanging tree.
