Was that he, born to a place where the whole land was his home? It was a pleasant thought, something of a dreamers tale. Exactly the sort of thing Cori loved. Reality made wolves sad, it made them angry and it made them miserable. Therefore Cori chose to live anywhere but reality, he disregarded it with a vehemence that was surprising for such a peaceful soul. It was as if he were so tiny, that only one emotion could occupy him at once. He did not have enough room to fit more than a single one. Then, the simple choice was, to choose happiness. He doesn't understand why other wolves wouldn't do so, as well.
"Hardcore.. no one has ever called me that before." Cori giggles, weight shifting from paw to paw as his tail wags, his entire body wiggling with the force of his dock. "I like it! I'm hardcore!" His voice raises excitedly as he tests it out, and his grin grows so large it almost is as if he is baring his fangs at her. It's quite obvious he is not, however. With very little warning he attempts to push forward and rub his head against the side of Panik's neck, a sign of gratitude and joy, he is so innocent as to not realise the other wolf may take it as a sign of violence.
Yet when he moves back, he is too distracted with his own words to take notice of her reaction. "I love being free! You just get to go.. well, wherever, you know? I don't know why everyone doesn't do it!" Obviously he doesn't understand the perks of being part of a pack, and his world view is through very rose colored glasses. Though he can't see any part of his life that is.. bad, however. He eats, he sleeps, he wanders, he meets new friends! What was there to be negative about? "Hey... do you know anywhere really cool? Like, a secret cool cave behind a waterfall, or like... a fairy castle!" Oh how he craved adventure.
