Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

The prowling gait of Blackthorne is one of restrained power and extreme confidence. Each paw is pressed carelessly upon the earth while his charcoal eyes survey his dominion. Well, technically Edens, yet there is a possessive gleam to his gaze. It is not in his nature to be less than dominant. It was a struggle daily as he grew to fight the urge to lay claim to any one place. Still, Thorne is not stupid. He was still growing and would have to wait for some time. It was a clever game wherein he placed piece by piece the board so that in time his masterful plan could come to fruition. That took wolves and diligence though and he was well on his way with both.

The stalking movement of Sekhmet draws his attention from beneath the overhang of a tree in full bloom. They had met a handful of times while he was still small and brazen. He is much larger now but still quite as bold, and he eyes the scheming look on her face. She is an ally of sorts. Tentatively. Yet she is also trespassing in Eden's turf with a purpose that belies her tastes, despite never having killed in front of Thorne. He recognizes he gleam of bloodlust although he knows not he tastes in the flesh and it is what drives him out now at a sedate clip until he stands in front of her path, a blockage of sorts.

An easy smirk graces his silvered maw as his eyes zero in upon hers, tail rising dominantly. "And just where do you plan on going with such an avid look? Certainly not out for any blood I hope. Eden would be quite upset." My words are of a cooing sort, suave and self assured. Eden truly would hunt her down if she killed on his soil and perhaps I stopped her for his sake or maybe hers. No one could rightly tell. My game was in the works and each step brought me to my end goal.
