Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

His questions in return made the cogs turn in her mind. It didn't take long for it to click. "You belong here, obviously," she said. While Matianak did not elaborate, she preferred to think it was because she was in Glorall. There was clearly more to it. Her ears flicked, slightly irritated by his questioning their being a pair. For Matianak, it was a fact. Granted, how that would go about was clearly dependent on their interactions. At this point, she was inclined to think they'd get along.

"We just will," she emphasized. It wasn't something she could fully put her paw on just yet. It partly had to do with their connection, and she was not going to just let her imprint do whatever he wanted when it suited him. Especially if it interfered with what she wanted.

She smiled again. Matianak would certainly not intentionally inconvenience Asriel, so long as that was what suited her. "Then we are already on the same page," the young female said with a nod, "We are agreed then. You won't inconvenience me, and I won't inconvenience you. If anything, we may just be able to help each other." Matianak paused momentarily, tilting her head slightly. "Why are you really here? It can't just be because we are drawn together," she asked. Mat knew there was more to it, and what better time than now to ask.
