Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Ana did not know the best way to describe her old home. The lands were dead, so any magic, if there ever had been any, was gone too. "Rainbows for sure. I never saw unicorns personally. If they were there, then probably left or died out," the three legged female said, her ears laying back for an instant. "End result, everyone left as the lands died, so here I am trying to do my part," her tone now a bit more positive. A healer she was, and a healer she would always be. It was the patchwork female's job to help others.

She tilted her head slightly. Ana was not the best at reading others, but Orb seemed bothered by something else in this instant. "Sounds like it was quite a sight to behold," the black and white lady said with a smile. She did not press further, there was no need. But for him to then say he wasn't good at anything but being weird made her feel all the more concerned for him. "There is nothing wrong with being weird, Orb. You can only change so much about yourself. But if being weird is who you are, then whoever finds that off-putting doesn't understand what makes you, well... you. And even then, don't change unless you want to change, not because someone else is demanding it."

Ana paused for a moment trying to find an acceptable comparison. "It'd be like expecting me to grow a leg I never had, just so I would be welcome places. Instead, you adapt, and if you need help adapting, you find someone who genuinely wants to help," she said. While she knew he did not want any sort of lecture, it was the best she could offer without forcing anything as well as let Orb make his own decisions.
