He took her dismissal of asking for forgiveness with ease. If that was how she felt, so be it, he just thought perhaps he should have paid mind to her sooner. However, he would leave it at that, move on to getting to know here in the now rather than be distracted by what he could have done. She seemed the formal type though, not tha. He did his best to figure out how to work himself into different he really minded. Zanon was pretty good at meshing with all types given his own nature of attempting to blend in and not really having a good personality of his own to show others. He doubted she would ever see it physically, but she might feel the more nefarious parts of him if she felt the bond deeply enough. He knew it was a mixed bag after all, not all felt it and understood it as much as others. He learned males felt it more deeply than females, but that wasn’t always the case. He was hoping to gain insight today, but hoped that she wouldn’t read through him at the same time. A strange balance, one he didn’t think he would be capable of stopping if that were the case.

She moved along next to him though, and for that he was happy at least. Though she seemed less interested in the surroundings and exploring Iromar and more interested in him and what he had to say. He watched her expressions, after all he wasn’t so good at a lot of them, the first one he had seen before, but it wasn’t something he was really capable of doing or feeling for someone else, unless it directly had happened to him before. She seemed to want to help him though and he felt… suspicious, wondering if she was like him or if she was doing this out of the kindness of her own heart because they were imprints or something. It confused him and made him a little nervous, but who was he to deny a little help if provided. She spoke of talking to the alphas and see if he could be trained in Taviora, though honestly he had no real idea of where else to train. ”I don’t have a preference, so if Taviora has warriors who would train me I would do it. Sure Pine wouldn’t mind if I brought it up.” He said rolling his shoulders. After all Iromar had a… he would say lack of other warriors except for the one he didn’t want trained by.

Regardless he allowed the silence to fall between them as they continued moving through the pack lands, listening as the girl said she was sorry about his family. She talked a lot, and he was content to just listening though, knowing the truth of her words as she said some broken things simply could not be fixed. There was no going back for Boneskull he thought. But there was still Kahina, Zephyr and Aakil he hoped he could fix things with in time. Though he wasn’t sure where all of them were… He didn’t reply though at her words with any more than a soft hum of understanding. Though she went on to say that her parents families had hated each other. Demons and Angels, terms that seemed to be forever ingrained upon the land. Already his father’s reign was just a smudge in history to quickly be forgotten, not that he minded. Easier for him. Still it was interesting to hear more about herself, that she was from the two families combined, and they too were imprints, though he was able to guess that by his and Mara’s own bonding. It was simply proof to what he had thought though. ”I see, sounds like you have a close family then. I don’t think such bonds of hatred exist anymore between the old demons and the angels, you probably have a very large family who would accept you.” He mused slightly, though it seemed she didn’t like not fitting in. ”If it makes you feel better I think wolves would avoid me if I outright said who my family was. In time they will learn to accept you.” Though he didn’t know if there was any truth to his words, he spoke them confidently enough he thought she might believe him. He, he thought, was probably a lost cause in some regards, he certainly didn’t seem to understand why she wouldn’t fit in, but perhaps she was showing him a side she didn’t show others.

However apparently their definitions of ‘exciting’ were vastly different.

He paused to look at her a bit quizzically, she learns, studies and adapts, but her studies apparently were taking her all across the lands. He knew that for a fact as he followed her around for a while. ”You wander all over the place and you don’t think your life is exciting?” Zanon said tilting his head, ”Compared to that my life is boring. I don’t really do anything to pass the time. I was just… looking for my family.” He really didn’t do anything worth saying to pass his time. Not that he wanted to admit anyway. He was looking for wolves to befriend so that they could help him do… whatever. He wasn’t even sure what his ultimate goal was. Not end up as hated as his father? He wasn’t sure. However, he did hope his imprint would be a step in the right direction.
