Glaesfaet Sceawere is the name gifted to the mother river that flows through the center of Blossom Forest, bringing life and sustenance to all of the lands. It breaks off in many places, giving birth to smaller streams and estuaries, but the main body flows from the lake high in the north in Dierne Hrof all the way south down through Uyaraut to empty into the ocean. It is a fresh water river, but down through Uyaraut, the salt water does taint it. In places, parts of the river are underground and run through caverns unseen from aboveground.

Water buffalo grace these shores - with plenty of meat, though at a dangerous cost. Many river trout leap upstream daily.

Nothing that Occurs in Nature can be Unnatural

My Philosophy is that Worrying Means You Suffer Twice

Life had turned upside down, but it was not a bad thing. Things had gotten better, which the young male did not think was something that would happen to him. He was beginning to settle into his new life in Blossom, and most of that was thanks to Vladimir. The young rainbow had been lucky enough to find his guardian quickly after losing Zawyne and the rest of the rainbows. If he had not found the older male, he wasn’t sure what would have happened to him. But luckily, nothing had happened to him and everything had turned out fine. Vladimir wasn’t just any Tempest either but Scamander’s Oferweder, and so he already felt safe again. Vladimir had begun to look after the Arcus Irae right away, feeding him and having him get a good night’s sleep in his den with his mate. At first he was nervous to meet Seraphina, Vladimir’s soulmate, but she had been nice, just as the other brute had said she would be. When he had lost the rest of his group, he had been worried and afraid. But he already felt safe again.

Even though Scamander had been lucky enough to find is Oferweder right away, he also did worry about the rest of the rainbows. What if they had trouble finding their guardians? And if the rainbows had come to Blossom, that meant that vampires could as well. And while vampires existed, no Arcus Irae was safe. At least not without their Tempest to protect them. The more that the young wolf thought about it, the more that he worried. Was there anything he could do to try and help them? Maybe he could try to find more Tempests to look for their Rainbows. Vladimir could protect more than one wolf at the same time, so maybe he would bond with another the way that Scamander and Vladimir had bonded. Maybe he should seek out the rest of the rainbows, and introduce them to his guardian. He wanted to help, but he didn’t know how. In the end, the pup decided that he would go out and see if he would stumble upon any other Tempests or Rainbows, just like he had with Vladimir. He didn’t want to stray too far from the pack that he had been staying in, so he began to follow the first trail that he came upon, hoping he could follow it back.

The male’s mismatched orbs took in the sites of the new land, following a well-traveled path through the trees. He didn’t know where he was going, but something told him he would be okay now that he had met Vladimir. The varg continued aimlessly wandering through the trees. After the meal and a good night’s sleep he had plenty of energy to go exploring. His bright green orbs perked up when the echoing vocals of a familiar voice reached his ears. Could that really be Zawyne? It sounded just like her. He would remember her voice anywhere after he had saved her from his prison. He wasn’t sure if he should go back and ask Vladimir to take him to her, or if he should continue along on his own. But he got too excited at the thought of seeing Zawyne again, and he quickly headed in the direction she had called from, hoping that he would be able to find her despite not yet knowing how to track well. If Zawyne, then was Losa with her too? He couldn't imagine that the sisters would separate from each other, and he hoped that both had safely made it to the new land. As emerald green paws tried to move quickly while also not losing the trail he had found, he stumbled upon a river. He wished that he knew how to swim when he saw it, but he decided to follow it. It seemed like it was the direction where the other Rainbow had called from anyways.

Scamander followed the river’s trail, occasionally stepping through the cool waters where it was calm enough for him to not worry about getting swept away. After some time, Scamander caught the colorful site of two other rainbows, and an excited yip escaped him as he quickly approached them, his dark purple plume wagging behind him. ”Zawyne! Losa!” The young brute was next to themin no time, barely able to contain his excitement at the fact that they had safely made it out after Zawyne had rescued him. His purple and yellow eyes noticed the form of a stranger, and he looked to him quizzically, wondering who he was, but not too concerned about it when he saw that he was a Tempest, just like Vladimir. ”I’m so glad you’re guys are here! I was afraid I had lost everyone.” His multi-hued form rubbed Zawyne and Losa's colorful pelts, glad that he had the chance to actually touch another being as he greeted them each in turn. He was still worried about the other rainbows, but at least the one who had rescued them was safe. And maybe this Tempest was even one of their guardians?
