At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

Only You Are the Life Among the Dead  |
_________________________________________________________________________ Once more the seasons had gone through another change, the spring’s peak coming to a close and the summer taking its turn on the forest. Most of the forest had come back to life after the winter’s cold had killed or hibernated most of it. Plants were thriving and young animals were growing. Khaleesi loved the spring and the summer time. Everything was always out and about and the forest just felt so alive. Pups were exploring and enjoying the warmth, plants were everywhere for her to harvest and collect for her herb supplies, and even the adult wolves seemed happier. Many enjoyed the summer time, letting the sun warm their pelts and not needing to hide away in dens to escape the cold elements. With an easy smile on her features, Khaleesi left her den, deciding to go out of the pack territory today with the nice weather to guide her. The forest felt like home once again, all of the changes that the land went through now familiar to her. She thought it would take a long time for her to remap the lands in her head, but a few days out in each new area had done the job, and now she had the area remapped. With no plans for the day, the snowy white femme decided that an afternoon at the sea would be fun. It was not yet the warmest time of summer, so the waters may still be a bit too cold for swimming, but the sun was always out there at least. And with all the water that flowed through that area she may be able to explore in the brush for any new plant life. Now with something on her mind, Khaleesi quickened her pace a bit, excited to just relax for the day out in the sun. The forest began to thin out as the lands shifted to the sea’s sandy edge. At first the sands were hot to her paws, the sun out and making it too warm to comfortable stand on. She quickly stepped into the waters, letting the waves splash around her limbs, cooling her warm paws. Bright green orbs saw schools of fish swimming quickly here and there in the water, the sun shining off the reflection of the water making it glitter here and there. It was an easy and peaceful place to be, one where you could spend hours taking in the sun and lazing the day away. The femme stepped out of the water, laying down in the sand close to it so waves occasionally came up to her paws or tail, keeping her cool enough in the warm sun.
