MOHEGAN
and I will challenge you again tomorrow!

Things sucked.... Life sucked. There wasn’t anything for it, nothing he could do but watch as their mother got sicker and sicker after the birth of their brothers and sister. Now it was up to him, the eldest brother to sort of… keep them together. Their father wasn’t exactly doing great either now. Mohegan could see him fighting hard, the loss of their mother hit him so hard that it was like he couldn’t even speak anymore. He stumbled over his words when he tried and then he had a hard time focusing when any of them spoke to him. It was like their mother in winter sort of. Reverting back to a more primal state. Mo could only watch as his happy family started to fall apart.

He couldn't take it anymore really. Watching the sadness fall over them. After their mother died Inyan took off on them…. He went with some weird male wandering around apparently. Kajika was still around of course, but… he didn’t know what his brother thought. He ran around so much and never really hung around the pack like Mohegan did, he also seemed better for it. Maybe because he didn't’ watch every second of the fall, and their father’s inevitable following as well. Mo trudged through the snow though, his tail lashing out behind him like a pissed off cat’s. What else could he do though but watch and wait? The healer said outwardly there was nothing wrong outwardly wrong with their father, and what happened to their mother she tried to prevent so what else could he do? Being imprinted, your life bound to another was horrifying. He had decided he would never imprint, that he wasn’t going to go anywhere near their soon to be two year old party.

The group was in sight now though, thankfully, it seemed nothing but boys and then Mara Sov the one heading up the group was here. He couldn't imprint on her right? Obviously he had no way of knowing that the same aged girl had already imprinted, but he still stood on the fringes nervously. The stillness of his form obvious even has he heard his much smaller, younger brother speak. He could see the wolfess though wasn’t very pleased with the situation, or perhaps it was the small numbers that had come, he wasn’t sure.

He moved forward his ears flicking about, trying to pick up what they were saying and failing at this distance. Moving forward he mumbled, ”Late… ‘Pollogies.. I guess.” He wasn’t in the best of mood and he wasn’t doing as good of job as getting over it as Kajika was. He didn’t care what they did, honestly his whole body was feeling as numb as his paws already. What a rag tag group of boys Mara gathered.
