Arturio had reached out in hopes of an alliance with Spirane through Jinx. He hated for the woman that her trip was is vain. He didn't even get the opportunity to speak with her regarding it either. There was so much happening and not enough hours in the day or days in the month. But the white brute still had things he intended to accomplish for others. That still meant speaking to the Bewilderbeasts of Spirane.
The White Knight might have arrived sooner, but other things had taken precedence. Like checking in with Eden and Nari in Glorall. And at least seeing the pups, even if he didn't outright interact with them. Right now, that was for the better. Let them know mother and father as Fortitude and his Hand. Even if none were his, there was still an attachment there because they were the offspring of his imprint. They mattered to him regardless of their lineage.
Originally, he had planned to head to Taviora first and move through the forests directly towards the mountains. However, in an attempt to direct him there almost against his will had left a bad taste in his mouth. He did not feel like there was malice behind the desire to talk, for he had intended to speak with Zelda during his tenure in Asteraia. Clearly, things had changed before that meeting could transpire. But he did not want to go anywhere. He'd made that clear with Eden when he had tried the same. Not that he would have ignored or denied an invitation from the man, just not in the way of taking.
So, he parted ways with Dirk. The alabaster male did not venture near the Forest while Dirk chose to go there to speak with the failed thieves. His tail twitched ever so slightly, casting a glance that general direction before pressing onward towards the mountains. Here, he might not be as expected other places. It was not long before the large male reached the borders of the Mountainborn. He raised his maw, calling to those who might hear him out.
