The ocean was definitely a lot different than the creeks and lakes she was used to. She was glad she got to share this experience with Aeon. The water was pretty cold but she had a thick coat. Still, she shivered when the water touched her skin. She asked him a few questions but instead he looked down at the water like he might not have the answers. But then he told her that the ocean moved just cause and she couldn't help but smirk. She didn't really expect him to have all the answers. She just wanted to see what he thought, really. He even brought up a theory that the ocean might have its own mind. Her eyes went wide as she pondered it. Then she nodded. "Perhaps." She shrugged in acceptance. He seemed in agreement with her about the ocean being wonderful though. She grinned really big when he said if she said so. She nudged his shoulder. "That's right, mister. I do."
She was excited about all the wildlife in the water, asking him about the clams. He called them peloris and then said clams. He said they had a lot of colors and that they live in the sand. She gasped. "Really? Why would something chose to live in the dirt? Doesn't it have a den or a family?" She nosed at one of the clams gently, sadness in her eyes. She stepped back with a gasp of awe as he dug one out with his paw and she watched them try to burrow back into the sand. "That's so cool!" She watched intensely. But then she turned her attention to the birds and asked him about them. She watched his gaze go to them, his brows furrowed in thought.
He said something about them taking and she raised a brow in question. "Take?" She knew it was hard for him to speak so she gave him time, waiting patiently. He finally got around to it, saying they would take food and she smirked, eying them with a new respect. But then he said they run if you chase them. She grinned, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "Then what are we waiting for? Come on, Aeon!" She nudged him and took off running at the birds, barking at the top of her lungs and giggling.
