She seemed to take it all in stride. He watched as she refused to open her eyes at first as if protecting them. He had to admit, he was mildly impressed at her instincts, though he would hate to be blind when someone attacks. Maybe jumping off the branch before looking at your attacker would be better. But he shrugged it off as she finally opened her eyes and recognized him, calling him a trickster, to which he grinned, his eyes twinkling. As she shifted and lowered herself to the ground, he followed in her wake, leaping to the ground and stretching out like a cat after a long nap before turning to face her. There she was again, lowering her head instinctively to protect her vitals as she asked what they were going to be doing today.

His grin only grew, his tail wagging behind him as he lifted his head. "Today....we hunt." He pronounced before turning on his heels and trotting further into the woodlands. He didn't even glance back to see if she was following, trusting that she would be curious enough to do so. Once he found the trail he was looking for, he slowed and turned his head to her. "You've been taught some things about tracking, right? I'll follow you and we'll see what's at the other end." His eyes practically glowed and he wondered how long it would take before she realized the scent they were tracking was wolf.
