It was one thing to hear the once quiet mornings from her den it was another to hear pups squabbling more frequently than she had anticipated but it excited her. She had spent many months following her mother as she had grown plump with a new litter and for Menkhet, it was something that brought her great interest. Perhaps even one day she would have a large family, with many children but that was a future for pondering. As for this moment she needed to be a good sister and heir, no matter how relative the term 'good' might have actually been. Stretching her ever developing muscles Menkhet left her den and charted her course towards her mothers. There were pups that needed a close attentive eye and surely mother would be resting, hunting, or marking territory.
It did not take an exceptionally long time for her to reach her mothers den but she did however halt in her approach choosing to watch them from more dense brush. It seemed the two that had paired off was the male coated in black and crimson and the other white and crimson. So...opposite and yet similar. The two seemed to be play fighting and mother seemed to be out of the den. Menkhet knew it wouldn't be too long as the pups needed to eat often however it was plenty of time for her to get in close. The scream was enough to bring Menkhet from the location she chose to observe them and she moved silently to the den. Even her own mother would be protective of her children it was her nature so she chose to play it cautiously at the very least.
The fem's opalescent eyes glimmered as she pressed into the den as she moved to stand over Floki and Ragnar. Twisting around to bring more of her body in and settled between the two pups Menkhet began her spin with deceitfully soft words.
