Currently Everglow is still trying to make her way back home. She got stuck on the crossing after being harrassed and chased by a stallion, Cain. A couple other horses came to her rescue (including Vihaan, who is her half-sister, though they don't know that yet), and they're currently in a bit of a stalemate, trying to bargain for the stallion to leave Everglow alone so she can go home.
So with Iskulan, I think you have two options: you could either toss him at that thread (which would be... hilariously chaotic), or you could wait until Everglow gets home to the prairie, then have him find her there. (I will warn you, though, that there will probably be yelling... Everglow is feisty and, like I mentioned before, she thinks he deserted her, though I've left it vague so you can decide exactly what happened to him). All I've written of their backstory is that they travelled quite a lot but never stayed long with any herd, because no one seemed to like them very much. Everglow thinks this is because she is blind and they didn't want to have to take care of a blind horse, but in reality I imagined it as more to do with the fact that she and Iskulan introduced themselves as siblings, when it's quite clear they act like a lot more than siblings LMAO.
As for Scylla, I'm sure I remember you saying ages ago that she wanted to make it up to Evren for trudging into the desert and calling Evren a liar for telling her that Orhan was dead. I think that's the only interaction they've ever had, right? Evren isn't currently living in the desert anymore, though. With her brother and dad dead, her mom missing, and having just had a stillborn, Evren left the islands to look for her mother but ended up staying away for quite a while (mostly because I was taking a break from TLI at the time, but I wrote into her backstory that she fell in with a kind of rough herd and got into some bad situations, including a toxic relationship with a stallion, who got her pregnant). Evren eventually came to her senses and decided to get her son Han (named after Orhan) out of that environment, and took him back to the islands with the intention of returning to their family home in the desert. Right before they arrived, however, Evren had a panic attack (because of all the traumatic memories she has in the desert) and changed course for the forest instead, where her former ally Persephone lived. She and Persy ended up becoming very close and Evren has lived there ever since. She's also currently knocked up by Shamwari, their neighbor and ally. Her son Han has since left the islands, however.
Sooo, it's up to you what you want to do with Scylla, but I would love if she and Evren managed to build a friendship and if Scylla got involved in the brewing war. (I can explain in more detail what's going on if you want me to - just lemme know!) Would Scylla make for the desert first, looking for Evren? You're also welcome to just toss her straight into the forest. Or they can run into each other on the crossing. Whatever you want!
