Lissa wanted to mend her and Rougaru's relationship but she couldn't bring herself to be the one to make the move. He could at least be the one to make that move. She listens to monster speak one of the reasons she was okay with monster being Queen. But monster was theo nly one Lissa would ever see above her, no one else. And If Rougaru dared to put anyone else above her, well that would just mean that he doesn't value her at all and even though she agreed to fight with him in the war she would quickly change that if he did something like that.
