Her paws led her as they willed it. Terra was a wanderer to the core. She had contemplated at times the notion of taking up roots somewhere. The closest thing to that would be going to the mountains of Spirane. She had family there, at least to her latest recollection. Faust wasn't there though. Her wandering brother was more than enough to keep her on the move as well. Of course there was also Diveen, where her sire resided. The black and golden young woman huffed slightly. The man had tried to be involved, but some injuries had left him... incapacitated for a time. She dared not impose. She had watched him from afar. He had his own family, a mate and pups. As a result, Terra chose to stay away. She did not wish to encroach and disrupt their bond.
So, she had left Moladion for a time. She had hoped to find answers as to the whereabouts of her mother and brother, but she continued to turn up empty. Frustrated, Terra returned home. As much home as a region could be. Out in the open space, she was happiest. Her black and sunburst eyes were bright as she padded through the fields. It was the perfect time to hunt before the rain started to kick in. She was quick to sight a gopher poke its head out of his little hidey-hole. Terra crouched low and prowled forward. She needed it to move away from its escape route to ensure herself a meal. At least until a rustle of grass distracted her. Someone else was about.
A soft growl rumbled in her chest as the gopher retreated quickly back into its hole. There went breakfast. Well, she wasn't starved. It didn't change the fact someone was just a little bit too loud to be considerate of others. Her ears twitched while she listened. Terra was working to pinpoint their location. Perhaps she might even give them an earful if they came her way.
