PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

*~My Next Collison Course~*

one hundred miles an hour...

The sight was indeed perfect. Ever since he'd met Rhadra and she showed him her favorite spot in the Peak and opened his eyes that not every mare in the Peak was going to look down on him or judge him for his association with the Lagoon, Collision had found himself more curious so he'd been looking around the Peak himself, trying to see it from a new persepective. When he heard her soft voice speaking, he couldn't help but venture closer, wondering who she was talking to. When his brown eyes took in the sweet bay filly sleeping beneath her, his lips parted as he inhaled sharply. He'd never seen a newborn foal before. The moment seemed so magical that he didn't want to ruin it so he stayed put.

He wouldn't let her know he was here, though he wouldn't hide from view either. He just wanted to watch for a moment and see the beautiful bonding of mother and daughter. His own eyes twinkled with hopes for the future, that some day he would have a family and the mother of his child would be doting on their own son or daughter the way Rhadra was over hers right now. His gaze swept to the horizon, watching the sun rise ever higher in the sky and wondering how many would have to set here in the Peak before he could find his own freedom and seek out Shenzi to make sure she was okay. He wouldn't forget his purpose in coming back to the Lagoon, but he could afford a little break to enjoy the moment before him.
