PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

sent from the heavens above...

So far, life in the Peak wasn't so bad. In a way, it wasn't so different from the Shore besides the obvious: the lack of Xiomara and Galexia. His heart ached every time thought of the mare he had feelings for and the daughter he wanted to raise and protect more than anything. He felt like every time he thought they'd found peace and time to bond and grow together, something would come between them and shove them apart. He hated being away from Galexia but at least this time he knew she was safe in the Shore with Xiomara. The blue roan wouldn't let any harm come to his daughter; he was sure of it. His daughter was growing and developing into such a strong beautiful mare, so reminescent of her mother. He thought of Solaris still, but his heart was healing. He would never forget the things she gave him.

A beautiful daughter, a reason, a purpose to live. Hearing that voice wasn't how he thought the day would start, though. The buckskin stallion gasped as he looked up from where he was grazing. "Galexia?" His voice was questioning to no one at all since there was no one around where he was at the time. Without hesitation, he tore off across the mountainous territory, racing across the rocky terrain until her beautiful form came into view. A nicker of both joy and hesitation left his lips as he neared them. He was nervous about her being here, especially to call out the mares of the Peak in challenge. He couldn't stand the idea of her getting hurt, especially over the likes of him. Where was Xiomara to stop her? Of course, he should have known better. Galexia was very much like her mother in that once she set her mind to something, nothing or no one would stand in her way.

He slowed as he got closer, his ears flickering uncertainly at the sight of the stallion she brought with her. Questions flickered in his eyes as he gave another softer whicker to his daughter. "Galexia, what are you doing here? And who is your....friend?" His gaze grew intense as he looked over the tall stallion, wondering what his intentions were being with Galexia. Was he just here to protect her or was there something between them? Even though his daughter was becoming an adult right before his eyes, Angel wasn't sure he was ready to see her with another male in her life. The idea made him think of Raider and Solaris and he inwardly cringed. No, he wouldn't lose Galexia, not like that.
