PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Ain't life just awful strange

a new world hangs outside the window
beautiful and strange
it must be I've fallen awake
I must be

Wasp eyed the lean mare warily as she approached. There was nothing not to like about Nekharat thus far, but Wasp found her politeness and her eagerness to be somewhat unnerving. She listened with great interest as Nekharat got right down to business. The mare paused only to consider her words, and offered lengthy explanations as to why she seeking explanations. But all Wasp heard was some accusations that had been neatly polished. Her thick, dark tail flicked over her haunches for several rounds as she tries to guess what Nekharat's end game is here.

The Vulcan mare's whiskered nostrils flared, and she catches Nekharat's scent in their close proximity. Wasp can smell Tinuvel on her. Her heavy head comes to rise over her withers suspiciously as she adds this to the pile of noteworthy observations about the mare. "What is it you want to know, Nekharat?" She asks bluntly, but for the most part, kindly. Her dark ears swivel forward and back atop her poll as she waits for the mare to ask her what was weighing on her mind.

As the Prime Minister, Wasp had nothing to hide. She would answer whatever questions Nekharat peppered her with as honestly as she could. Nekharat hadn't even yet introduced herself when Wasp divulged what had happened to her mother - the Vulcans former leader - and other dirty details of the war. Whatever answers Nekharat sought, she would get today. But she may not like the answers.

"You are certainly quite... curious for someone who hasn't been around very long." Wasp offers as her own observation. "What is it you hope to accomplish here, besides 'planting seeds'?"
