Aallotar knew it wouldn't be long before she was greeted in the commons. She knew the lay of the land from her first encounter here with Fearghas. Thinking of the silly colt reminded her of the day they met when he had been so enthusiastic in his approach that he had sprayed her with mud. Minutes must have passed before the slender dark mare approached her. Her approach was gentle but to the point and she utters simple words about the commons. "Yes, I know what this place is." She says simply.
And then he was there.
That spotted little colt makes his announcement known and Aallotar warms a little at his gesture. She surveys him as he asserts himself and she can't help but feel a little proud. Her smile is lopsided as she looks at him and then back to the slender mare. "Forgive my friends intrusion, she says. "His name is Fearghas." She turns back to Fearghas, her ears pricked forward at the spotted boy. "Tell me Fearghas, why do you stay in the Lagoon?" Her question is off hand, she knows, and he was so prideful when they had ventured there initially. As time went on though, she could tell the atmosphere was wearing Fearghas down. He was too nice to be in a place like that. Not wanting to be rude, she turns back to the dark mare. "I am Aallotar, and a home would be lovely. But..." She falters a second. She can't just leave him behind. "I don't know you, but I do know Fearghas and he is a good soul. If your home is open, can he come?" She watches the mare quietly, her smile sheepish. She, after all, didn't think she'd miss him as much as she did.
