PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

Mother Goose is just a fairy-tale (Valka, Peak Hierarchy & Herd)

Too long had he been bullying the weaker creatures who were not up to par with him. Too long had he been targeting the same over and over again. He claimed that they didn't give the Lagoon a chance? Why would they if being in a flock of men was not to their liking? Was Goose supposed to pretend that the ladies were not his thing? Was he supposed to be happy that he'd been taken to the land of beaus?

Hardly. That was not his pick of the litter so to say. The glass there was not half full but half empty. Cullen claimed to be rebuilding his band of beaus again? Was he prepared to have it all taken from him again? Was he even realizing the mess he'd gotten himself into? Fool! One did not just give something a chance if it was not or them. Goose didn't want to live with a band of power hungry beaus.

Definitely not!

The borders of the Peak wreaked of feminine petals. Goose knew what he was going though. Cullen had gone too far this time. Valka had come after him in a raid and done her part to have Goose so freely follow her home without Cullen even pushing his nose into it. Goose wasn't sure where the Lagoon boy had been at the time, but that wasn't his concern now. Goose had been a wallflower there in the Lagoon. Goose had wanted to go home. The Bay was his home. The Lagoon was not. Simple as that. He preferred a life of companionship with friends and family.

Cullen had suddenly whipped that out from under him. It would be putting it lightly to say that Goose was irate. Cullen had come and challenged Valka for Loire. He had won yet again. Another bully of those weaker than he. Another step into the world of enemies. Too long had this gone on. Cullen had attacked them once again and it needed to stop.

Too far had he gone.

To take a stallion from his home was one thing. To take a mother and child was a completely different thing. Goose was furious. He was fuming. No longer was a soft shade of light coming into his vision. Goose was seeing red and this was again the fault of Cullen. You did not come into one's home and rip their family out from under them. You didn't take them from their family either unless you were a rotten snake. Cullen wasn't even considered that in Goose's mind. There was hooves. Then there was dirt. There were worms. Then there was worm dung. It is there that Cullen lay. Not even on scale with the dung of a worm but below it.

That was not a particularly good place to be honestly. Cullen had placed himself here when he had taken Loire to that rotten place and in turn; taken Riddle too. A suckling foal could not of course be away from their mother. Cullen had gone way too far.

A war. Cullen had started a war. This is why Goose moves toward the Peak. Their ideas on things were a little more appealing to the eye. They believed in righting a wrong. They believed that another had the right to freedom just as the Bay did. Goose believed in Freedom as did his Matriarch Valka. Valka knew this is where Goose was headed if Cullen could not leave them be. He'd gone over the bridge this time and there was no looking back. It was time to take from Cullen again. Not just the freedom of his beloved Loire again, but everything. Cullen didn't deserve the power he was falsely placing himself into. Take from the weak. Not to give to the poor, but to make weaker. To turn his trinkets into pets of burden.

No more. Goose hoped the Peak would be able to help them in their task at hoof now. If Cullen wanted a war, well he would have one. So foolish was the other to place himself in this predicament because he had those brothers of his taken from him. The time to watch the beast fall was now.

Goose called out as he paced the border of the Peak. He'd just slipped to the edge of their borders and over them. He paces not to frighten them or worry them. He is no danger to the Peak ladies. In fact; Goose was here in search of help. He knew Valka would not be far behind him, this too was something she wanted to see over. Cullen needed to stop. Just stop his foolish antics of bullying those he saw weaker than him.

"Ladies of the Peak, we need your help. Will you lend an ear to listen for a bit?"

Silence then as he's stopped his pacing. Standing proud but not to the point that he would seem power hungry to them. He wishes to discuss with them and to ask their aid in a battle that had gone on far too long from one who could not stand to lose. One who had to constantly come after others who saw no like to live among thieves of rot. Would they help? One could only hope but he must talk with them first before an answer can be sought after.
