Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Few of you will remember me, but your "honored" Boss will.

I am not currently a member of the Lagoon for a single reason, and that reason is in line with what Fearghas has shared. Cullen no regard for the value of others' lives - and make no mistake, this includes all of yours.

You are nothing more than pawns to him. Once you are no longer of use to him, he will discard you gladly - just as he did to his brothers currently held in the Peak. Perhaps you will be as lucky as they. If not, you may well die for his benefit. Ask Cullen about Raider, or Felony. Ask why he did not stand between them and those who harmed them, as any decent Boss would.

Ask why he is allowing others to serve the sentence for his crime. Why they are suffering for the war that he chose to involve his brothers in.

I am too old to put myself forward as a candidate to replace him, although I cannot say that I am sorry. Whoever takes Cullen's place will have much to repair, and will need to overcome the hatred and fear that he has sown across the islands. That said, I support Fearghas. If he steps forward and you guys accept him, I will happily return to the Lagoon and advise him for however long I have left on this earth.

But if Fearghas should fail to secure the majority, I cannot sit idly by and wait for your consciences to betray your loyalty to this twisted cause.
