I saw an episode of “The Alfred Hitchcock Show” last night called “Thanatos Palace Hotel,” It starred Angie Dickinson, at age 33, and Steven Hill. It was a story about a place (Thanatos) for people who wanted to die. Its purpose of Thanatos was to make people comfortable with dying.
I got Dickinson’s name from the IMDb. I might not have recognized her, otherwise.
The irony is that the movie is 1965 vintage, and Dickinson is now 90. I had to wonder while watching the show if she is comfortable with the thought of dying, now.
