Talk about housing shortages, you should see whats going on in Europe with a couple million refugees looking for housing.
We don't have basements here; I hate that but I'm getting plenty of exercise, thanks now that it's warmed up. We get those kinds of calls too abt people wanting to buy the house. 6 pct real estate fees of overpriced houses and people wanting one when interest has been low, that's clearly an easy way to make money. To top it off, Mother nature's been very good to the real estate and rebuilding markets this year here!

Solar roof panels and a Generac are starting to look pretty attractive right now. Wife reminded me yesterday we had a really big backyard garden 40 years ago, and we do still have farmland in Ks. A lot of urban people have no idea how to grow food tho, that's new for the human race since so many of us moved to the cities and we've become so electric dependent.
