Once again she didn't know she was being watched so when the mare showed up she was surprised, though mostly because of her huge belly. This sprung up a string of questions in Cherish she had to ask this mare, but she wasn't about to embarrass herself in front of the stallion. Besides the questions were a little hard to explain or ask at that. The mare stops closer to herself and Cherish feels a bit more at ease now with these questions that were starting to give her nervous thoughts. Her weight shifted towards the mare as she speaks and in that moment it felt clear to her this mare was somehow in charge of this stallion. Cherish listened intently as the mare answered her recent question to the stallion and then let her know she could answer any other questions she had. Right away her face lighted up with a smile and her questions nearly blurted out, but seeing the stallion again she shut up real quick. The mare then introduces herself as Alexandria, but says Cullen reminds her of missing son. Cherish frowns.
"That's so sad I'm sorry to hear that." She says unsure if she should even ask to speak privately with this mare to ask her questions.
She was about to speak again, mouth open and all, but the sound of another approaching caught her attention. Another? She was beginning to feel popular. The bay overo stallion sticks close to Alexandria and Cherish wonders maybe if he was her baby daddy. If he was maybe he would have an idea where hers was. He seemed aggressive as he nipped at the mud colored mare, but Cherish didn't dare intervene like she had when Thane went after that one bay mare here. She wondered if that mare was still around or even if Thane was. This stallion then speaks and pretty much dethrones Alexandria with his words leaving Cherish utterly confused. She knew the stallions were somewhat dominant here, but this mare had seemed to hold so much authority and now this stallion was knocking her down. While she tried to jumble her thoughts together and pinpoint who really was in charge the stallion turned his attention on Cullen.
Cherish got very nervous and hoped her son wasn't in too much trouble because she wouldn't know what to do if he was. Cullen was ignoring the new strangers until a male voice spoke to him. His eyes tilted back towards the voice and his mind took in the words. Cherish was silent and just watched her son who actually seemed to be listening to this stallion. Cherish didn't disagree with the stallion's words, but that was not something should would have said to Cullen herself. That was why he needed a male voice in his life or he might just end up getting killing one day thinking he had everything under control. A frown stayed on her face, but her eyes quickly glued to the beautiful large stallion who had first approached her as he walked towards Cullen. As soon as Cullen felt breath along his back that didn't belong to his dam he bucked. Small, low kicks, from his back legs towards the stallion, but none ever close to making contact. The stallion speaks, but Cullen quickly scoots away and stands on the other side of Cherish.
A troubled sigh left the bay overo and she looked to the pretty stallion seeing that they were closer to each other now.
"I appreciate the tips, he needs them, but I'm afraid he doesn't usually listen to strangers." She digs in the sand below with her hoof as her eyes watched the ground in a daze, but after a moment of silence her head lifts and she looks to the pregnant mare.
"I do have a question though. Does anyone know where Thane is?"
