If I am reading what you said correctly, you are saying that the human would serve, the android would return the serve, and the human would still have a chance to catch that return of serve. Is that correct?
I am positing that with perfect placement and top speed (within human limits), the android could easily throw an irretrievable kill shot from pretty much anywhere on the court, that even Usain Bolt could not get to. He is fast but not as fast as a Jai-Alai ball. Look at all that front court area to be exploited! Then there is the 3 wall.
