The NIOSH report stated his SCUBA tank was empty too. But the special ops chief stated it had 1200 PSI, before an exempt took possession. Now look at you GO on SCBA. What happens when an injury occurs?

It's immediately confiscated by whom?

Oh, an exempt rank you say, right?

And who maintains control and possession of the equipment from that point forward?

You have no clue as to the politics involved here.
