IAD is only a problem if you break the rules or a certain ADFC decides you didn’t try hard enough to force a patient into a transport against her will. Or when you don’t report an EEOC beef you hear about off duty and the assailant gets less time than you. Or when the courts find no evidence of wrong doing but IAD does. Or when equipment malfunctions but you get blamed or when the lovely member of the public decides to claim that you stole their ID or money or credit card when you didn’t even step foot in their house. All issues members have had that resulted in suspensions or termination. But yeah IAD only matters if you don’t follow the rules.
