How can a Fire Commissioner stop dangerous and reckless driving habits? Any "notable" accidents come to mind? Billy Grant getting crushed by Truck 51 after the driver blew through the light. More recently..Engine 101 Engineer almost killing everyone on the engine plus civilians in a house? How do you put that on anyone up the chain of command? How can they improve morale when the officer is banging on the dash to "beat the first engine in".
