Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Lifting his hooves with each step he took, Nahawi about dug a trench in the soft Lagoon soil when his ears flicked, hearing movement headed his way. This were darker out in this place than he ever imagined and now once again he was in need of help, but no one would have really guessed he would go back to the stallion that had made him think so hard before. Nahawi knew better than to really call out so loud here, but there was no other choice. He was not about to go and startle Rehoboam by coming up upon him with no prior warning.

Blinking his blue eyes, the stallion set them upon Rehoboam and gave a faint dip of his head before a humorless chuckle escaped his lips. “There is so much that has happened Rehoboam and I don’t know what to do.” Nahawi was at his wits end with his daughter being dropped off one night, Garmr causing chaos everywhere, and so on and so forth. It was to the point now that the red dun was so close to ripping out his own hair and looking like a half drown rat. It would not look good on him, but what else was he supposed to do?

Shaking his head, Nahawi heaved a breath and looked at Rehoboam with a sad glaze coating his eyes. “The stallions have gone silent except for Garmr. A foal was dropped off in my bed and I have no idea where to take her.” Letting those parts escape first, Nahawi lowered his head and rubbed at his front left knee. “I… I don't know what to do Rehoboam. Everything is suddenly going haywire right before the elections.”
