What do you expect when your uncle is the Chief of training? Clay always seemed like a good dude and this was probably the worst case scenario far fetched situation he never imagined. I�m sure he�s seen hundreds of guys and gals come through the Quinn just as useless or unable to complete the tasks as Plummer. He figured he�d pass him and he would fade into the backdrop like all the other loads on the job. I�d be willing to say 20% of the men on this job carry the reputation and optics for the other 80% do nothings here to collect a check.
