Yeah #### those guys who went to school to prepare for this job spending their own time and money. #### them they think they should get seniority for just doing double or triple our call volume. That time don’t count I bet they didn’t even hold the truck on the 40% of runs they got a company on. So what they signed up under a different system where medics jobs weren’t constantly under attack. When I go to IDPH I’ll just say “I was cooking” or “I’m just the EMT” and I’ll be fine no they don’t need more money for essentially being the officer on an EMS run. Replies:
