Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

He angled his body to avoid a painful jolt...

Making sure to keep his sprained limb far enough away from both their bodies so that it wouldn't get knocked around. He was surprised at her gentle behavior, and had they been closer, he'd of given her a thankful glance. However, as it was, he attempted to keep his eyes anywhere but on her face to avoid a rather awkward stare.

Takedo started to limp forward, trying not to rest all of his weight on her, granted, he wasn't all that large, though he was much more muscular than his father and preferred not to burden Ravenshadow more than needed.

It was no surprise that upon observation, he reminded the female of her mate. Indeed, out of all Tycoon's offspring, Takedo most closely resembled his sire. In fact, if he were to quit eating and make a few suicide attempts or take up self mutilation, he'd more resemble a twin than a son; other than his youthfulness of course. He was younger than Youkou, by a good score. Though his build and tolerance level more resembled an older wolf.

His ears swerved back at her words and he couldn't help but glance at her, his orange eyes flashing. "You mean to say that my father did not tell you of his exact history?" He sighed, still limping forward, his eyes filled with concentration and tainted with pain. He only knew what Tycoon had told him when he was very young. His sire had only stayed around until he'd reached his late puphood, and after the hunter, abandoned him.

"They follow him for the crime he committed when he lived in his homeland." Takedo glanced downward. "His pack was poisoned, and began to die off. Eventually, only my father and his cousin, GoldenEyes, were left healthy. To avoid starvation, he choose to murder the rest of his family and eat their bodies to live." The black wolf paused, his voice somber, "The ravens appeared soon after that, and ever since then, he has not been able to consume anything without getting ill, and so he avoids eating as much as possible. The ravens have also driven my half-sibling mad, and it is rumored that he controls the action of my other." He shook his head, scoffing. "Of course, I find the stories difficult to believe as well, and most of it is likely myth. Still, there is something eerie about those birds that bothers me, and made me want to keep them from my family..."
