Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Kunoichi might have been stealthy for someone her age, but her skills were nothing to Dracana's own daughter, which still paled in comparison to the grey wolfess herself. Dracana's tail flipped back and forth absently as she stared out over the land. Far below, movement caught her attention. Her green eyes glanced down for only a moment, almost immediately dismissing the form. Dracana was not concerned. However, she would continue to be aware.

As Kunoichi made her way up, the grey assassin could hear subtle movements of rocks and rubble in places. And then the light thuds of paws. Dracana smirked, wondering how far this canine would be able to get before the thinner air finally made her stop. Dracana tilted her head slightly.

Most creatures only came this high to get the jewels at the peak. Her tail flicked again. The sounds continued, faint as they were with Kunoichi's feeble, in the older fae's mind, attempts to quiet herself. Dracana rose and stretched before turning and utilizing a well-placed leap near the mountainside. Her fly blessing allowed for the effortless jump, and the lack of wings with it meant no accidentally hitting rocks. She was truly a master of stealth. Her paws touched the mountain path for a second.

Not a sound echoed. And even if there was one, Kunoichi's own sounds would have drowned it out anyway. In that split second, Dracana disappeared from sight. Teleport was an incredible gift when mastered. Dracana reappeared just behind Kunoichi. Unless the pup felt a sense of impending doom, odds were she wouldn't have notice the grey fem behind her.

That was, until her voice broke through the thin air. "The altitude will kill you," she said with a sinister grin before leaping over, with the aide of Fly, and landing infront of the youth, pivoting easily and soundlessly, "Or perhaps the fall down the mountainside. Take your pick."
