Regardless of whether a territory leader is around, he still needs to post in-character at least once every fourteen days or his territory is claimable.

I also double-checked on the inbox, and there was no official notification of you being away since October, Meggieboo. Because of this I believe your territory is indeed up for claim. However, because it's a bit of a tricky situation I'll completely understand if you decide to get a second opinion from a mod.
