Avalanche had wandered probably to every part of the islands. She'd been stolen and traded and by this point, the mare was lost. Lost in her mind and physically. She had no idea where she belonged and found herself longing to see her knight in shining armor again. He had promised her that he would get her back from the thieves, yet it has been a month now since she last saw or heard from him. The small mare was now halfway through her pregnancy and was completely lost and lonely. She figured she had one last hope: to go to the one home she really had, the Inlet.

The mare braved the chilling waters once again and it felt relieving to step off of Salem. Although she was exhausted, she kept swimming until she reached Tinuvel. She dragged her soaked body onto the shore and collapsed. Not so much from physical strain but more of the emotional toll all the moving back and forth had taken on her. Before she came to the Islands, Ava was a quiet girl who lived in once place since she was born. The same meadow for 3 years. Now she had moved from island to island a million times in the course of just a month. The tri-colored mare decided she was going to stay at the Inlet for a long time if it was the last thing she would do. The mare lay there on the icy shore, her slightly larger sides rising and falling quickly due to the cold. It was a big change; from the desert to the icy inlet. All and all she was glad to be home.

Once she had rested for a moment, Ava got to her feet and looked around with curious blue eyes. The landscape itself hadn't changed and she smiled. That smile quickly faded as the scents came to her. Fresh, strong, males. Not one... but TWO. A few new mares too, but that didn't bother her. New stallions. Her heart raced and she knew what it meant. Mafioso was gone. Just up and... gone. Ava galloped inland with a strength she didn't know she had. The mare ran, wild-eyed, looking for someone to tell her what happened.

"Hello? Anyone?" she called out anxiously. Was she really all alone in the world now?
