Spoke to the owner briefly again at work. She is very responsive. Two people from ANR came out, were very stern,asked about her dogs rabies shots, and took animal. They stopped back like a week later and told her it was a juvenile mountain lion, 4-6 months old. I have asked ANR to look into this. There were witnesses onsite. This unfortunately is happening in other places as well. Lets see what develops futher. Hoping this is just miscommunication again....
