Due to the many questions I have received from retirees, about our money in the 13th check due us in the Parker Law Suit. I am on the Agenda for this months meeting, and the following is what I hope to get answered by the Plan Attorney and the Board of Trustees!

Please place me on the Agenda for 2/27/2013.
I wish the Board of Trustees,at this meeting,to ask the Plan Attorney to answer a question pertaining to the money owed the beneficiaries on the 13th check of the Parker Law Suit!
The question is:
Now that the new Plan Attorney has researched all the Legal matters pertaining to the City of Tampa F&P Pension Plan,I am sure he will agree that the court ruled ALL beneficiaries are in the class. Thus why can't the Board of Trustees pay the rest of us Beneficiaries the $1600.00 out of the Pension Fund ( not the court ordered ("Common fund") as they did previously to the so called Opt-Outs? I have information that Attorney Wayne Thomas has no problem with this as long as the Court Ordered "Common Fund" is not touched.
I would ask the Board of Trustees to pay the rest of the Beneficiaries the $1600.00,if they legally can and discontinue discriminating against the rest of us in the class,as it was determined by the court that we are equal in this matter!
Thank you.
