Rules• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. • Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. • All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. • Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. • You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. • Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce. |

Felony Felony had not thought that the arrival of the trio would bring such attention but then again he is not surprised. Ears pinning against his skull he glares at the others. Only when Zhenya is done with her greeting does he have enough. “Zhenya, you may speak to your friend later. There is business to attend first.” For other mares there would have been no explanation or allowance for company as he had just done her. The women of the lagoon would have simply gotten a swift harsh bite and sent on their way. Though he still sounds rough, his tone none too friendly, but her knowledge of him would allow her to know that he was only making the allowance solely for her. “Dixon, please escort Zhenya and my son to the pond not far from here.” Felony added, tilting his head slightly to the right so that he knew the direction to take the pair. “I will bring her to you just as soon as we are done.” Felony told his painted beauty before returning his attention to the tall mare. It was not that he thought Zhenya would disobey or that she would try anything, it was just for the simply matter of keeping track of both. Once the meeting with this mare who had not yet given her name was over, the discussion with Dixon had not yet happened and so he wanted to get that out of the way as well. Léon was not forgotten amongst the crowd though. But since the boy was preoccupied with the colt that was soon to belong to the Lagoon, Felony did not send him away. Perhaps the boy would even learn a few negotiating traits in the process. After all, he was still blood even if it was a bit distant. Turning his attention from the others and onto the pale young man, Felony’s calculating cold amber gaze traveled over every aspect of his body. The strength that his confirmation might provide; his attitude towards Léon to see if he would be a warrior or a thief that his social skills might provide. They needed thieves after all, the rank was low on number. “He is defected” Felony said once he was through with his inspection of the boy. Looking back to his mother he wondered if she had passed on her strength. The pale colt would surely need it here to survive the brutality that could happen amongst the men. “What do you want in return for him?” |
