Slowly Xina turns her gaze away from the sands and to the stallion; her two toned eyes studying him a moment. She did not know him nor did she care to try. Xina did not think that her heart could stand any more ties in the this world as all she had to give had already been used up. Even if it hadn't she was no longer mentally stable; a threat to anyone that might set off the series of memories that left her violent and dangerous. But there was something she had to ask of him. Something that she could not let go.


"I have lived upon Salem many seasons ago." Xina finally spoke, her voice rough from not speaking since she had last seen Dia. There is also a sound in her tone that had not been there before, a scratchy sound she could only assume from the scream she had released upon seeing Debonaire's limp body. "I can find the herd without an escort." the roan confirmed but did not take her eyes off of him or move as if she was ready to leave. Instead she studied him a few more moments intently before speaking.


"I must ask you a favor and in return I will remain as compliant as I can throughout my stay here." Xina could not help the moments when her past haunted her but the rest of the time she would not make trouble for him should he agree. "I have a daughter upon Atlantis; her name is Mera. She is young and I assume alone as the herd was scattered recently. I believe she will be waiting on me to return home which I cannot do." she said, before tilting her ears forward towards him. "My request of you is to find her and bring her here so that she will be safe. It is never safe for one to be completely alone."
